Koji Honpo’s Dream Magic Miracle Change Eye Tape II Slim is a single-sided eyelid tape made of adhesive bandage. The rougher material makes it easy to apply eye makeup on top of and mask its appearance under makeup. 

Although its thicker material can help create a more clear and prominent double eyelid crease, this can make its appearance slightly more noticeable when the eyes are open.

Some testers reported that the tape started to come off after many hours of use. They also noted it sagged quite easily when water was sprayed on it. However, they noted that it could be applied and removed seamlessly without any pain or pulling. We recommend this tape for those who like to wear eye makeup.

Dear Laura's Automatic Beauty Single Eye Tape is a clear single-sided eye tape. It is thicker in width, but the soft and flexible material makes it unnoticeable even when the eyes are closed.

While the testers with single eyelids said that they were able to create great double eyelids with this tape, the testers with hooded eyelids said that the softness of the tape made it hard to create a clear crease in the lids. That being said, more than half of the testers praised this product's durability and finish, noting that it was able to maintain a freshly applied appearance for many hours.

The tape was also both highly water-resistant and easy to remove. While it didn’t wear off even when sprayed with water, it was painlessly removed with lukewarm water. This product is especially great for those with single eyelids.

Seria’s Ideal Lids - Clear Wide for Thicker Eyelids is a clear single-sided tape catering to those with thicker eyelids. The tape is a bit wider than most, which helps it dig into the eyelid better and create a stronger double eyelid crease.

Although the tape's finely textured surface works to prevent shine and noticeability, we noted that it could look a little lumpy when eye makeup is applied on top of it.

While the inner corners of the tape seemed to peel off a bit when sprayed with water, it helped maintain the double eyelid just as well as it did when it was first applied. Instead, they said they often ended up with hooded eyes and that it also didn't last too long. This means it would likely work better for those with thin eyelids or those who want to create a narrower, lighter double eyelid crease.

Some testers also pointed out some difficulty in using the tape, saying that it was too short and hard to peel off from the backing paper. Some also found it hard to find the apt placement for the tape on their eyelids. That being said, the tape was highly water-resistant, as it only moved slightly when sprayed with water.

FEAT JAPAN’s FD Bridge Fiber II is a beige eye tape made of the manufacturer's original fiber adhesive. This flexible tape can be stretched to your desired thinness by lightly pulling both ends of the fiber at once.
