I love using a pencil liner for my waterline. These come in several colors that are fun to use every once in a while if you want to keep a simple look but add a pop of color. Black is my go-to; it lasts a long time and is easy to reapply when needed. 

I love this NYX liner because it does not require a pencil sharpener and you can just twist it up when you need to. It glides on easily and can be used for the top lash line as well. You can even blend it out for a cute, smokey eye look.
