The rave of this cruciferous vegetable has gone on for several years now, and I can see why. It's been a big trend in health-conscious cooking and eating with people using it as a "better-for-you" substitute for carb-heavy dishes. Cauliflower rice and cauliflower crust pizza are amongst the most popular uses of this antioxidant-packed veggie. 

Some of my favorites include za'atar roasted cauliflower, turmeric cauliflower and chickpea curry, and creamy cauliflower soup. It's so versatile and can be used in so many delicious recipes. Cauliflower is one of my favorite low-calorie, nutrient-dense, and fiber-rich foods!
