However, that being said, in our moisturizing ability tests, skin moisture content was doubled after application which shows that this gel lives up to its claims. 

This product has a unique sticky texture, which when applied, feels like your fingers are gliding over the surface of your skin blending in quickly. In our tests for stickiness, only 7 beads remained stuck to the hand, which was lowest compared to other products. The pump-container is highly convenient, dispensing just the right amount of the gel you need. The floral fragrance is a bit strong, so if you are particular about scents, you should try to get a sample to test if the fragrance suits your preferences.

Combi's Nanarobe Collocalia Super All In One Gel Premium Lift Tube-Type is made with Combi's original and unique ingredient collocalia R which is said to make skin firmer and provide great moisturizing. This gel has the added benefit that it can also be used as a massage cream.

This product is formulated with a good balance of oil-based and water-based ingredients which gives it its great moisturizing ability as shown in our tests, wherein skin moisture content increased 2.3 times after application. Additionally this product contains aging-care ingredients such as hydrolyzed swallow's nest, as well as hydrolyzed royal jelly protein that make skin appear more firm and elastic.

The gel has a refreshing citrus fragrance that is great for uplifting your mood in the morning. It's texture is watery like a lotion, and left a slightly sticky residue on the skin. An unnecessary amount of the gel was dispensed from the container, so pay careful attention to the force you apply when squeezing out the gel.

It has lots of oil-based ingredients which should provide skin with good moisture retention. However, its containing many kinds of extracts may lead to some of them irritating the skin, so we strongly recommend that you do a patch test beforehand, especially for people with sensitive skin.

It has a refreshing essential oil-like fragrance that calms your mood. It does not leave much of a sticky residue, and the container is easy to use as well. 

Tokiwa Pharmaceutical's Namerakahonpo Rich Thick Gel contains soy-derived ingredients such as soybean milk culture that makes skin more plump and elastic. The unique thick and plump texture is one of this products unique characteristics, as its name suggests. (The product's original name in Japanese, is "toron" (とろん) which means thick and plump, and is often used to describe decadent creamy foods like cheese fondue.) 

This product showed excellent moisturizing ability in our tests, with an increase in the skin moisture content by 121% after application. Its simple formula makes it more likely to be gentle to the skin, especially for sensitive skin, with the tradeoff that it includes less cosmetic ingredients that may serve additional benefits.

The texture is like jello out of the jar, but it becomes loose and watery when spread onto the face. You may feel a bit of a sticky residue for a while until it fully blends, so do consider the timing and the amount of gel used. It is unscented which makes it applicable for use in all situations, and comes in an easy to use container.

In our tests for moisturizing ability, this product doubled the moisture content of the skin after use. Additionally, it contains a placenta extract which is effective at revitalizing skin making it look more youthful. We highly recommend this gel for people who are especially concerned with aging-care for the skin. 

This gel has a grainy texture which feels pleasant to the skin, but some of our testers said that the grains might be irritating to the skin when sensitive. If your skin is feeling especially delicate, be careful when using this gel not to rub it in too forcefully. The gel has a refreshing orangey fragrance and the container is easy to use as well. One concern we had, was the sticky residue that is left after applying the gel.
