    Almond flour is an amazing product because it's a perfect 1:1 substitute for all-purpose flour. It's also low carb and packed with healthy fats. You can bake muffins, donuts, cakes, or other pastries with almond flour, so it's very versatile. In fact, you can even use it as a coating for meat and make some paleo or low carb chicken nuggets! 

    It's super easy to use and a great diabetic-friendly, gluten-free, and grain-free baking substitute for anyone! Anthony's, in particular, is amazing quality flour that comes in a big bag for a great price.

    Coconut flour can be used in both no-bake and bake recipes. It tends to absorb more water compared to other flours, though, so you don't need a lot of it when baking. But, its effects are great! With coconut flour, you can add more volume to and pack fiber in recipes, making your dish lower in net carbs. 

    This is one of my favorite baking staples because of the versatility and the endless ideas you can make with coconut flour. This one is the same brand as the almond flour above, so you know you get a lot of the product for an affordable price.

    This is a great sweetener replacement that is made from natural sources. The best thing about it is that is doesn't have any glycemic effect (where consumption causes a spike in blood sugar levels or where carbohydrates convert to glucose), calories, or weird aftertaste compared to other sugar replacements. 

    Lakanto's Monkfruit Sweetener can be used in sweet baked or no-bake recipes, to make low-sugar sauces for meats, and to add sweetness to drinks or snacks such as chia puddings. I suggest always buying bigger bags of the sweetener since you'll definitely get hooked on using this.
