Hikaru Fukusawa has built brands and facilitated rebranding for major apparel makers and textile companies as both a designer and merchandiser. In 2013, he started a new fashion project in Yokohama to support local production and consumption, which led him to build a design lab. He officially established his company, designlab co., in 2019. There he serves as CEO, the creative director, and a designer. He provides branding and design support to industries involving fashion, sportswear, uniforms, and other apparel.
