Bruce Vance

Bruce Vance has been involved in the cleaning industry for more than 30 years. In 1991, he and his wife Sarah founded Town & Country Cleaning Services, a company that covered a broad range of cleaning services initially, now focusing entirely on residential and light office cleaning. Bruce was Chair of the Technical Advisory Committee of the IICRC (Institute for Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) for Residential Cleaning and was instrumental in the development of the House Cleaning Technician certification. He is an IICRC-approved instructor who taught the HCT class to students from more than 10 countries and nearly every state.
